Here’s a 90-second Wombmates approved skincare routine that’s quick, easy, non toxic, and effective
This entry-level skincare routine was created and developed in partnership with a licensed aesthetician
Step 1 – Cleanse
Cleanse the skin for 30-60 seconds using cold to lukewarm water, not hot water.
Korres Greek Yoghurt Foaming Cleanser
Exfoliate (2 to 3 times a week)
Following cleansing
Wet face and hands. Pour a dim size amount of product into wet hands. Rub hands together and apply to face and neck. Continuously rub around while adding water. The powder, face and hands need to stay wet to keep the enzymes active.
Leave on face for a minimum of 60 seconds. Keep on as long as desired. More time doesn’t equal better results
Step 2 – Hydrate
Spray the face and neck to the point of droplets.
Step 3 – Moisturize
Before the Caudlie water dries, apply serum (I typically use between 5 to 7 drops), then massage into the skin.
